Continuing past

Now that I've been decently successful in working on a vegan lifestyle, I'm working on undertaking a new challenge: fried foods.  With Lent ending and me entering production, I didn't want to gain any weight because of my keeping crazy hours.  So I challenged the cast to also abstain from fried foods to make the transition.  I love what I've been finding recipe wise, today it's not thing special, just popcorn.

Popcorn
1 tbsp Safflower Oil
1/4 cup popcorn kernels (just enough to evenly cover the bottom of the pan)
Seasoning to taste.

Turn the stove on high heat. Put the safflower oil in a saucepan, then the kernels. Cover with a lid.  Swirl the popcorn around sporadically so that kernels don't burn.  Continue until the pops slow down.  Warning: Do not open lid before the kernels finish popping.  They have a tendency to fly!
